We have a range of injection moulding machines that produce parts from 1g to 2000g from a range of materials. We offer assembly of moulded components if required using custom made jigs to ensure completed product is assembled to the highest standard. If there is an issue with any product, we have moulded then we can offer a quick resolution using our Quality Assurance system as we have full traceability from receipt of raw material to packing components into cartons. This allows an in-depth analysis to guarantee that the root cause of any problem is confirmed and resolved 

If new tooling is required, we use the services of a tooling professional who assists our customers with all aspects of tool design. He may choose to use a tooling designer, mould flow analysis or prototypes to ensure optimum performance and value and a raw material expert to assist in the selection of the best material for your product.
